Valentina Comar is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office. She represents employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters, with a practice focusing on wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Valentina received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and competed on the UC Irvine Mock Trial team.
