With a strong background in regulatory law and compliance, Tyler specializes in assisting clients in heavily regulated industries, such as healthcare, navigate labor and employment compliance. Tyler partners with employers to conduct internal investigations, draft compliance programs and codes of conduct, and enforce restrictive covenants in employment agreements.
Tyler’s recent experiences include:

- Investigating allegations of employee embezzlement and civil theft schemes;
- Investigating alleged violations of federal whistleblower laws, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and False Claims Act;
- Investigating allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse for clients in the healthcare, aerospace, and construction industries;
- Responding to HIPAA breach incidents for several national health systems;
- Defending employers and third parties against aiding and abetting claims under the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act;
