Tracey Toll is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office and a member of the Healthcare Team.
Areas of Practice
Tracey’s practice focuses on healthcare transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. Tracey advises a variety of clients, including hospitals, health systems, pharmacies, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, and other providers. She provides guidance to clients on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, navigating changes of ownership in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, and post-closing operations and compliance issues. Additionally, she drafts and negotiates transactional, professional services, and management agreements. Tracey also regularly advises clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, including licensure and accreditation, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement, HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws, and compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and state provider self-referral laws).
