Trace Hummel is a Shareholder in the Government Law Group and the Construction and Real Estate Sections. He helps clients resolve commercial and contract disputes, including lease disputes, boundary disputes, waterfront litigation associated with riparian rights, construction defects, and litigation matters involving contractors, owners, home inspectors, architects and other design professionals, surveyors and other commercial real estate professionals. He assists municipalities as special counsel on matters involving real estate, municipal law, board meetings, litigation and investigations.
