Taylor Davidson

Professional Biography

Taylor Davidson is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with experience spanning breach of contract disputes, business torts, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Davidson’s experience spans a broad spectrum of complex business matters. He has worked extensively on derivative and direct corporate suits, sharpening his ability to navigate intricate issues of corporate governance, fiduciary duty claims, and shareholder disputes. His involvement in class action litigation has provided valuable insight into managing large-scale disputes. Additionally, Mr. Davidson has contributed to white collar crime matters, including cases involving fraud, regulatory violations, and financial misconduct—drawing on his strong foundation in finance and economics to address the intersection of business law and criminal liability.

During law school, Mr. Davidson served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing and Constitutional Law. He was a member of the Moot Court Society and consistently made the Dean’s list every semester. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Davidson interned with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at the Miami Regional Office. In this role, he assisted in investigations involving potential insider trading, Ponzi schemes, and “pump and dump” operations. Before attending law school, Mr. Davidson worked in Global Operations at Bank of America, where he gained hands-on experience in financial systems and institutional processes. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, with minors in Accounting and Economics.
