Taylor Morosco represents and advises employers on a variety of labor and employment matters. Her litigation experience ranges from single plaintiff claims to complex class and representative actions, with an emphasis on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She has played pivotal roles as both second and third chair in several jury trials, defending clients in employment and wage and hour disputes. Moreover, she’s successfully represented and achieved dismissals for clients in the administrative context, including the California Labor Commissioner, Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
