Tatjana joined the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins in 2025 as a counsel. She is a certified employment law specialist.
Tatjana advises national and multinational employers on a wide range of domestic and international employment-related matters, with emphasis on matters related to cross-border reorganizations and post-acquisition integration as well as data privacy. She also advises and assists clients in internal investigations, in particular in connection with whistleblower protection. In addition, Tatjana counsels clients on all matters relating to employee representatives, including the establishment of European Works Councils. She frequently represents clients before German labor courts.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins she worked for several years at an international law firm in Berlin and Chicago.
Tatjana speaks German, English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish.
