Shivani Vedhere is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Virginia, Class of 2026, and an incoming Associate Consultant at Appian. She is interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, legal technology, and public policy, with a focus on how AI is changing the legal profession. Through her involvement with legal AI demo days at Wickard, she has helped connect lawyers, law students, and legal tech startups to discuss emerging AI tools and trends in the industry. Her writing interests include legal AI adoption, AI regulation, law school AI education, and ethical issues involving lawyers’ and judges’ use of AI.
