Shamus Flower is the Executive Vice President of Consilio, specializing in Business Optimization and the enablement of commercial AI‑powered legal solutions. In his current role, he leads cross‑functional initiatives that drive technology adoption, operational scalability, and measurable client value across global eDiscovery and review programs.
Shamus previously led Consilio’s U.S. Document Review Services and Data Analytics business, guiding one of the industry’s largest managed review operations supporting Fortune 500 and Am Law 100 clients. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group, and his earlier legal practice focused on complex discovery matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. from Duquesne University.
