Seth A. Goldberg is a partner in Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.’s commercial litigation department and co-chair of its Cannabis & Hemp practice. He leads Pashman Stein’s Philadelphia office, is an accomplished litigator with a reputation for skillfully and strategically handling high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, contract disputes, class actions, business torts, and defamation. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance and business matters. He has received wide recognition, including by Chambers, for representing businesses in the cannabis space. Goldberg joined Pashman Stein in February 2025 after more than two decades at Duane Morris LLP, bringing deep roots in the Philadelphia legal and business community.
