Sarah Ghaffari is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Sarah has experience drafting agreements and documents for different types of private equity and hedge funds, including limited partnership agreements (LPA) and private placement memoranda (PPM). She is knowledgeable about SEC compliance, day-to-day management, entity formation, capital structure, ongoing corporate governance, stakeholder issues, and various corporate matters. Sarah also assists clients when conducting due diligence and drafting corporate documents, including manager/officer certificates, assignments, purchase and contribution agreements, and other acquisition-related documents.
She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.S. (cum laude) from the University of Texas at Dallas.
