IMS Legal Strategies Senior Jury Consultant Ryan Liffrig leverages his experience as a litigator to develop jury intelligence that helps clients anticipate juror reactions, communicate case strengths clearly, and proactively address potential weaknesses. He conducts mock trials and focus groups using data-driven research methods to shape case strategies. Ryan also supports clients’ trial success with his expertise in jury selection and witness preparation.
Ryan served as CEO of First Court, a nationally prominent jury consulting company acquired by IMS in 2026. During his tenure as CEO, he substantially expanded the company’s client base. Prior to First Court, he worked as an attorney for the Indiana Attorney General’s office, the Indiana Legislature, and a law firm in the Indianapolis area, where he focused on litigation and representing small businesses and schools.
Ryan lives in the Denver, Colorado area with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys biking, reading, Ultimate Frisbee, and making unnecessary home improvements.
