He counsels them on compliance with the federal laws applicable to their programs, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Military Lending Act (MLA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and related state laws.
Robert advises clients on corporate structuring, licensing, consultations with regulatory agencies regarding new products and technology, and strategic business planning. He works with clients on developing policies and procedures, aligning operations with regulatory requirements, and supporting multi-year growth and expansion plans.
