Professional Biography

Rob Kresch is an associate in the firm’s Energy Regulatory practice, where he represents clients on a broad range of federal regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Prior to Van Ness Feldman, Rob was a summer associate at a law firm in Washington D.C., where he researched and drafted legal memoranda on regulatory questions and supported litigation matters, including developing arguments and preparing deposition summaries. He also interned with the Employment Unit at Greater Boston Legal Services, where he represented individual clients and conducted legal research and writing.

Earlier in his career, Rob served as a congressional intern for Congressman Josh Gottheimer, collaborating with legislative staff in Washington D.C. and assisting with constituent and policy matters.

Rob earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he provided clients with counsel and in-court representation as a member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau (HLAB).
