Robert is part of the firm’s Energy Group and practices energy and environmental law. He focuses on regulatory and litigation matters at state utilities commissions, appellate courts, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Robert has years of experience in energy and environmental regulatory law from his prior roles at the North Carolina Utilities Commission – Public Staff and the Department of Environmental Quality.
