Ricardo Diaz is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ricardo was an associate at a law firm based in California. Through this role, Ricardo defended employers in wage and hour, PAGA, class actions, and single-plaintiff claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and trade secret misappropriation. In addition, he defended employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings; drafted and argued motions at all pre-trial stages; and led and participated in settlement negotiations.
