Rae Ra is an associate in the Wilmington office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.
Rae focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation. She has experience in matters involving contractual disputes, books-and-records litigation, fiduciary duty actions, and more, as well as expedited motions practice in the Court of Chancery. She also has pro bono experience in the Delaware Family Court, representing children in dependency proceedings.
Rae is fluent in Korean.
