Neil Zola is the Executive Managing Director and Co-Founder of JND Legal Administration, where he is deeply involved in both the strategic and operational aspects of the business and oversees the company’s Securities Administration group. He has directed dozens of the largest legal administration projects in U.S. history, including the BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement, Equifax Data Breach Settlement, Auction Houses Antitrust Litigation, Visa/Mastercard Antitrust Litigation, WorldCom Securities Litigation, and IPO Securities Litigation. Prior to co-founding JND, he served as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and President of one of the country’s largest administration firms and spent nearly a decade as a partner at a boutique litigation firm in New York City. Neil earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
