Natalie’s practice includes litigation, permitting, and regulatory compliance related to major state and federal environmental statutes such as the Clean Water Act (CWA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
