Morgan maintains a general litigation practice in state and federal courts, with a particular interest in cybersecurity and privacy matters, securities litigation, and appellate matters. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries through all stages of litigation and in regulatory proceedings.
Morgan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients through the Civil Appeals Clinic.
Morgan first joined Mintz as a Summer Associate in 2024. Prior to returning as an Associate, she worked as a negotiation specialist for a major financial services corporation, where she negotiated software agreements and collaborated with legal counsel and internal stakeholders on risk management and compliance.
While working full-time there, Morgan earned her JD from the evening program at Suffolk University Law School, where she received Dean’s List honors throughout her studies and was awarded the Trustee Academic Scholarship. Prior to law school, she earned a BA in political science from the University of Florida.
She is based in the Boston office.
