Lei He has joined the elite team at Troutman Amin, LLP as an Associate Attorney. Lei is an LL.M. graduate of Columbia Law School (2024) and also holds three law degrees from leading institutions in China and the EU. Prior to joining Troutman Amin and transitioning into telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, and TCPA-related class action defense, Lei focused on white-collar defense, internal and government investigations, and complex cross-border regulatory compliance.
