Litigation Attorney
Kylee is a member of the Litigation Practice Team. She is experienced in reviewing trial records, analyzing appellate briefs, and drafting bench memoranda and judicial opinions on a variety of civil and criminal matters. She has extensive clerkship experience, providing a valuable perspective on judicial decision-making that benefits both the litigation team and Varnum clients. Kylee previously served as a term clerk to the Honorable Richard Allen Griffin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
