She has worked on a variety of business and employment matters for clients in a range of industries, including real estate, banking, construction, and transportation. She also has experience representing automobile, off-road vehicle, and heavy truck manufacturers in litigation arising from the distributor-dealer relationship, including issues related to licensing, new vehicle allocation, terminations, relocations, and warranty payments.
