Kelly McGlynn is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on commercial litigation and white collar defense and internal investigations. She has experience litigating complex commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, and unfair trade practices claims, from the pre-litigation stage through trial, as well as litigating appeals of agency action in federal court. Kelly also has experience conducting internal investigations involving a wide range of issues including allegations of fraud, alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and theft of trade secrets. Kelly's practice also includes assisting clients in the health care sector navigate government and payor audits.
