Kate Goodrich is a partner and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Kate served as a senior policy advisor at a nationally ranked law firm where she advised clients on public policy and regulatory matters. Kate also held key legal and policy roles within the Texas Legislature, including serving as deputy general counsel and policy advisor to the Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, where she provided counsel on legislative and procedural issues and advised on priority bills related to budget, transportation, veterans, housing, and local government.
