As a member of the Privacy, AI & Cybersecurity practice group, Julia makes it a priority to stay on top of the latest regulatory and litigation trends to help clients mitigate risk while achieving their business goals. Julia understands how disruptive and damaging cybersecurity incidents can be and assists clients in managing data breaches and the often-complex resulting litigation.
Julia’s privacy practice spans multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology. She has assisted clients in developing compliance solutions tailored to industry-specific privacy regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and many other data privacy statutes.
Julia further advocates for her clients in litigation on employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination claims, and other workplace-related litigation.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Julia was an associate at a national firm specializing in cybersecurity, data privacy and employment law. She also gained valuable experience as a Claims Attorney at a national insurance company, where she managed employment practices liability claims.
