John Shu is a legal scholar and commentator who worked for Presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush in the White House. He clerked for Judge Paul Roney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and Presiding Judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review.
