Jing Liu

Professional Biography
Jing Liu is a J.D. candidate at Washington University School of Law and holds a Ph.D. in Law from Wuhan University. Before attending law school in the United States, she served as an Associate Professor of Law and directed a forensic evidence laboratory in China. Her research focuses on AI governance, privacy law, cross-border data regulation, and emerging technology policy. Her recent work examines the legal risks associated with AI training data provenance and the evolving transition from privacy compliance to AI governance.
