Jill J. Pomeroy is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department and Product Liability Practice Group. She has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation, including product liability, medical and pharmaceutical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, complex commercial litigation, and contract disputes. She also has experience in class action litigation. Ms. Pomeroy regularly appears in state and federal courts and handles matters through all stages of litigation.
Ms. Pomeroy began her legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jerome St. John in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
