Jessica Allain is a partner in the Maritime Practice Group. In her maritime practice, Jessica handles cases involving marine casualties and investigations, collisions, personal injury, complex maritime products liability, credentialing, US Coast Guard (USCG) regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and contract disputes. She also represents and advises clients on real estate issues, construction litigation, property disputes, business torts, franchise disputes, industrial accidents, and general commercial disputes. Jessica has tried jury cases involving maritime construction, finance disputes, purchase agreements, and personal injury.
