Jennifer Adams is an Associate and member of the Commercial Litigation Group at Stark & Stark. In her practice, Jennifer represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract actions, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, and matters involving commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Jennifer served as an attorney for Marshall, Dennehy, Warner, Colemen & Goggin, P.C. in New York, where she managed and defended cases in a variety of litigation including property damage, premises liability, automobile, products liability, construction, and labor law in both New York and New Jersey. Before that, she served as Staff Counsel for an insurance company handling a variety of cases involving premises liability, products liability, and auto claims.
Upon completion of law school, Jennifer served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Olivieri, P.J. Ch. in the Chancery Division State of New Jersey Judiciary in Jersey City, NJ. During law school, she was a Summer Law Clerk at a Philadelphia law firm and had an internship with the Honorable Freda Wolfson in the New Jersey Federal District Court in Trenton, NJ.
