Jennifer Keough is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of JND, where she oversees all business operations and strategic direction and is widely recognized as an expert in every facet of class action administration, from notice through distribution. She has led hundreds of high-profile and complex matters, including the BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement, Cobell Indian Trust Settlement, Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Settlement, and Equifax Data Breach Settlement, and has testified on settlement issues in courts nationwide and before the U.S. Senate Committee for Indian Affairs. She is a frequent author and speaker and has been widely profiled for her leadership and entrepreneurial accomplishments. Jennifer earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
