Jennifer German focuses her practice on regulatory issues that affect FDA-regulated industries. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as a Regulatory Policy Analyst for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) and Regulatory Counsel for Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). In these roles Jennifer analyzed and executed highly complex Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. This experience gives Jennifer unique insight into the challenges and risks faced by clients in FDA-regulated industries.
