Jeff Landers is a seasoned insurance/real estate/mortgage, and divorce financial expert with over 40 years of combined experience.
Jeff earned his BA degree in psychology from Columbia University and studied law at Pace University School of Law before becoming a divorce financial advisor. He is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®), licensed insurance agent, and real estate and mortgage broker.
In 2010, Jeff founded Bedrock Divorce Advisors, LLC, working exclusively with women going through a financially complicated divorce. Dealing with alimony, child support, and the marital home is almost always a major issue in any divorce.
Jeff’s strong background and know-how have guided well over a thousand people all over the US through the financial complexities of their divorce.
Jeff also founded a specialized insurance agency, Hello Monthly Income™, LLC, whose mission is twofold:
1) help divorcing people protect their receipt of alimony and child support payments with life and disability insurance, and
2) help those divorcing homeowners who want to keep their marital home, but don’t have sufficient income to refinance, by creating a guaranteed monthly income using a specific annuity strategy (this is a common problem for divorcing/divorced stay-at-home moms and dads).
