Jim focuses his practice on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment vehicles, including real estate funds, private credit funds, private equity funds, REITs and programmatic investment joint ventures. He also represents managers of private investment funds in all aspects of their business, including regulatory compliance and strategic transactions. His experience spans a range of investment types and asset classes, including traditional real estate and private equity as well as niche credit strategies.
