Hannah L. Sfameni is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution; White Collar Crime, Government Investigations & Criminal Defense; and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, with experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. She also serves as the firm’s Director of Compliance, leading our firm’s adherence to professional responsibility requirements.
Hannah focuses her litigation practice on complex commercial disputes, including matters involving theft of trade secrets, misappropriation of confidential and proprietary business information, contract disputes, and unfair competition. She also advises and represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, working to resolve disputes efficiently outside the courtroom.
As part of her white collar and government investigations practice, Hannah represents companies, executives, and professionals facing scrutiny from federal and state enforcement agencies. Her experience includes conducting internal investigations, responding to subpoenas and civil investigative demands, and defending clients in connection with allegations of fraud, regulatory violations, and other corporate misconduct.
In her labor and employment practice, Hannah regularly advises clients—from small businesses to multinational corporations—on compliance with state and federal regulations and human resource matters, including personnel policies, day-to-day employment issues, and internal investigations. She has also represented clients in a wide array of employment disputes, including those arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and a host of other federal and state labor and employment statutes.
