Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is the Chair of DarrowEverett’s Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group and a member of its Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Business Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups.
He represents businesses and individuals across industries including construction, hospitality and cannabis with complex corporate matters, including technology and intellectual property agreements, financing/debt transactions, private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities, joint ventures, corporate governance and formation, and contracts and other corporate agreements. Gabriel also advises start-ups and emerging companies, and provides counsel on government inquiries and investigations, preparing related securities filings and reports.
In his litigation practice, Gabriel handles complex business and real estate litigation, including partnership, shareholder, and joint venture disputes, corporate dissolution, contract and business tort claims, fraud, professional liability, and injunctive relief. He represents individuals, businesses, developers, and commercial landlords and tenants in disputes involving real estate development, construction defects, insurance coverage, and payment delays. Additionally, Gabriel is highly regarded in the hospitality industry for his experience in both litigation and transactional matters, leveraging his extensive network and industry connections.
