Don Lee is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, where he concentrates on commercial gaming matters. His background spans multiple facets of the gaming industry, including externships with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the UNLV International Center for Gaming Regulation. Before entering the legal profession, Don gained hands-on experience in casino operations and game manufacturing, providing him with a distinctive perspective on gaming law and regulatory compliance.
Don earned his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, and recently completed his LL.M. in Gaming Law at the same institution. His judicial experience includes a clerkship with the Honorable Adriana Escobar (Ret.) at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, as well as an internship with the Honorable Joanna S. Kishner.
