He represents Japanese, United States, and other overseas companies in a variety of cross border business transactions. His experience features the representation of buyers and sellers across the globe in mergers, corporate and real estate related acquisitions and investments, manufacturing and technology joint ventures, and bankruptcy and restructuring transactions.
