Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Josh served as an extern at biopharmaceutical company where he assisted implementing changes to the company’s corporate compliance program, drafted policies related to the company’s compliant interactions with health care providers and advised the company on requirements to process data under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Josh also served as a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel at a large Boston-based health system. During his time there, he researched and drafted memos on state government guidance relating to fraud, abuse, and antitrust risk, assisted with transactional due diligence, provided analysis on state data privacy laws, and conducted white-paper research into medical legal partnerships.
