Celia Janes advises businesses on a variety of heath care regulatory matters and helps navigate complex legal challenges in the health care industry. Celia is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and is based in the Los Angeles office. She began at Foley as a summer associate, where she provided analysis on state laws affecting health care providers and federal health care statutes and regulations.
Prior to joining Foley, she attended the Duke University School of Law, where she worked with the Bolch Judicial Institute. She also represented clients as a student attorney in a variety of matters, including living wills and special education advocacy. After graduating from Duke, Celia served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Karen E. Scott in the U.S. District Court, Santa Ana, California.
