Bryan McCracken focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, government and regulatory investigations, and complex commercial litigation and appeals. He has trial experience representing individuals in federal criminal matters.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Bryan was a trial associate at a boutique white-collar defense and litigation firm in New York. During law school, he completed an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Civil Division. In addition, he served as articles editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review.
