Annie focuses her practice on corporate law, including venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. She represents emerging growth companies throughout their entire life cycles across a range of industries, including technology and life sciences.
Prior to joining Mintz, Annie was an associate at an international law firm, where she represented emerging growth companies and venture funds in equity financings, debt financings, and M&A transactions.
While attending law school, Annie served as a judicial intern for a federal judge in the District of Massachusetts, where she researched legal issues and drafted memoranda on employment law and ERISA matters. She also interned at the US subsidiary of a French technology company, negotiating contracts and supporting GDPR compliance.
Annie is fluent in Korean and holds a CIPP/US certification.
