Andrew serves as one of the firm’s lead attorneys in the immigration practice. He focuses his immigration practice on counseling clients on complex immigration issues related to recruitment, hiring, I-9 employment verification, remote workplace arrangements, and sponsorship of employees’ Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV), Immigrant Visa (IV), and PERM applications. Andrew has worked directly with in-house immigration teams at Fortune 500 companies to develop robust plans for employees’ ETA-9089 PERM applications and innovative approaches for NIV and IV applications (H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, Extraordinary Ability & Multinational Manager, AOS, and Naturalization).
In addition, Andrew has a depth of litigation and regulatory experience both in private practice and as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. This experience shapes his approach to representing clients. With his multi-faceted experience and skill-set, Andrew brings a unique perspective to provide creative strategies and solutions to best support his client’s interests.
Prior to beginning his legal practice, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ariel A. Rodríguez on the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
