Aly counsels clients on all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy and discovery management to trial and appellate proceedings. She handles complex commercial disputes and conducts False Claims Act and other regulatory investigations on behalf of healthcare companies and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Aly served for four years as a federal judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of Kentucky, addressing both civil and criminal matters. She also practiced as a litigation associate for several large corporate law firms, where she drafted court filings, managed discovery, and appeared in court for complex commercial disputes. Her experience in federal court, coupled with her background advising companies in litigation and government investigations, enables her to provide sophisticated legal advice to clients on their most complex legal challenges.
