Alycia maintains a broad-based complex commercial litigation practice in both state and federal courts. She provides strategic counsel to companies, artists, and media organizations in matters involving copyright, trademark, and contractual disputes. Alycia is adept at efficiently reaching favorable results for her clients, either by negotiating settlements, participating in alternate dispute resolution under the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”), or taking cases to trial. Alycia’s background in complex civil litigation is complemented by her deep involvement in the entertainment sector, where she previously served as the Director of the Women of Color Initiative Project, engaging closely with key figures and organizations across the entertainment, media, and technology sectors.
