Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Alex worked as in-house counsel for labor and employment matters at a technology company, addressing day-to-day employment questions and supporting policy development. Previously, she was an attorney at two plaintiff-side employment law firms and, later, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she worked on litigation and dispute resolution involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
