Alex Pearson is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Filevine, a fast-growing legal AI company. He built the legal function as the business scaled significantly and works closely with Filevine’s leadership team across every part of the business, from securities and financing to M&A, governance, contracts, and commercial deals. Before Filevine, he was a partner at Kirton McConkie, Utah's largest law firm, where his practice focused on corporate and securities law: private and public offerings, capital markets, M&A, and corporate governance. Alex holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. with high honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
