Agnese has a broad understanding of the energy and manufacturing industries, from oil and gas and renewables to power and glass manufacturing, gained both during long-standing transactional work and relevant in-house experience in prominent energy companies. She advises global companies in complex energy transition and real estate development projects, including the establishment and negotiation of their M&A and commercial contractual structure.
