Attorney Adam Loch counsels clients through employment disputes and compliance challenges.
Diligent and detail-oriented, Adam supports clients in employment litigation involving discrimination and retaliation claims, breach of contract, and trade secret misappropriation. He also helps clients comply with state and federal employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Adam first joined Epstein Becker Green as a summer associate in the firm’s New York office, where he provided support in wage and hour disputes, employment litigation, and public accommodations matters. During law school, he served as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges, assisting judges and their clerks in cases involving whistleblower retaliation and workers’ compensation. Before attending law school, Adam interned with the State of Iowa’s Office of the Governor and the City of Chicago’s Office of the City Clerk.
